A public hearing was held on March 11, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. at a special meeting at City Hall, Henderson, Nebraska. This meeting was advertised in the February 27th, 2003 Henderson News.

The purpose of this hearing is to hear testimony in favor of, opposition to, and to answer questions in relation thereto the acquisition of land for the proposed sediment pond.

Present were: Mark Kroeker, Matt Friesen, Scott Erb. Mayor Curt Friesen was present at 7:10 and Al Cruickshank at 7:20 p.m.

Mark Kroeker, acting president, opened the Public Hearing at 7:05 p.m.

At 7:29 p.m. Curt Friesen declared the public hearing closed as there were no citizens present for the hearing.
